Scheme Overview
The Delhi Saheli Pink Smart Card Yojana (2026) is a modern initiative launched by the Delhi Government to provide free bus travel for women and transgender residents.
This scheme upgrades the earlier pink paper ticket system (2019) into a secure, digital smart card system (NCMC). It ensures better transparency, reduces misuse, and supports the One Nation, One Card initiative.

Eligibility Criteria
You can apply if you meet the following conditions:
- You are a woman or transgender person
- You are a resident of Delhi
- Minimum age: 12 years and above (confirm at centre)
- School and college-going girls are eligible

- No upper age limit
- One card per eligible person
Required Documents
- Aadhaar Card (Delhi address preferred)
- Aadhaar-linked mobile number
- Voter ID or any additional photo ID (if required)
- Address proof (usually covered by Aadhaar)

Where is Free Travel Allowed?

❌ Not Free:
- Delhi Metro
- Regional Rapid Transit System (RRTS)

The card works on Metro/RRTS, but you must recharge it for paid travel.
What is the Saheli Pink Smart Card?
The Saheli Pink Smart Card is a National Common Mobility Card (NCMC) that includes:
- Your photo and basic details
- QR code for verification
- Tap-and-go functionality
- Digital journey tracking
